Background

Three documentation pages are placeholder-only: index.md (14 lines of welcome text), overview.md (19 lines of marketing copy), and player/lore.md (13 lines explicitly saying "will expand automatically").

Demonstrable Outcome

All three pages contain substantive, valuable content appropriate to their audience.

Acceptance Criteria

index.md has quick-start guide, feature highlights, and navigation
overview.md has architecture overview with system diagrams
player/lore.md has in-game world lore, calendar system, and atmosphere descriptions
All pages build correctly with bundle exec rake documentation
