Commands are being pulled out of the old style where their functionality was spread across multiple files and into a format where it is all collected into a single file and registered through a handler. Look at the "look" command for an example.
Closing as duplicate of #103 (Migrate existing CommandHandler subclasses to CommandRouter registration). The scope of this issue — migrating commands to the new registration style — is fully covered by #103 which has a proper template, subtasks, and is linked to Epic #98 under the Command Dispatch track.
